About Us We are a Polish company specializing mainly in the production of sealing gaskets for pipes, buses, trucks and other mechanical machines. We have over 30 years of experience in production of elastomer products. Our products are made of rubber or silicone using a vulcanization and high pressure. We also manufacture two-component products - metal inserts combined with the elastomeric material by chemical or mechanical bond.

History of our company 1990 - Jan Machała founds the company called "Zakład Wyrobów Gumowych" the company is located in the town of Złotniki and produce sealing gaskets for pipes, buses and trucks by use of hydraulic pressure machines

1994 - Began production of two-component
(Rubber-coated metal inserts)

1997 - Factory is moved to the city of Mielec

2004 - Started the production of silicon bellows with metal inserts

2009 - Company`s website is created

The composition of our products includes sealing gaskets, shock absorbers, shell membranes, bushings, blinders, sealings sets, two components parts. Hydraulic machines

We own hydraulic machines with max pressure of 180 tons that allows to made products of size not exceeding 250x250x150 mm, as well as small parts in multi-cavity molds. Industrial rollers

Rollers allow to create material mixtures with appropriate parameters. The material prepared by us is ready for use in production.
